The Lost Island of Mochi Creatures

Eddy, a dreamy boy in the quiet coastal town of Langkawi, has always believed the old fishermen’s tales about a hidden island that appears only in the thickest fog. One strange-tide morning, he and his practical best friend Mina are pulled by an irresistible current into a soft, glowing world populated by living mochi creatures—bouncy, sweet-scented beings who move like living desserts and need help to keep their fragile home from drying out.

Together the two friends work with the island’s gentle guardian to heal the cracked land, learning that wonder is real but temporary, and that the softest things sometimes need the most care. When they return to their ordinary world, Eddy carries the island’s quiet lesson with him: even in a sharp and busy life, it is possible—and necessary—to keep a soft place glowing inside.
