Friendship & Coming-of-Age

Penang Hill Hidden Trail

When shy JL spots a mysterious golden lantern flickering along a misty trail on Penang Hill, nobody believes her—except her best friend Eddy. Together, they follow the impossible light into a forgotten forest path where they discover an abandoned hut, an old map, and the story of a girl who once tried to protect a trail that everyone had forgotten. But when a powerful storm traps them deep in the forest, JL and Eddy must rely on their courage, friendship, and a strange lantern that seems determined to guide them home. Their adventure teaches them that sometimes the greatest treasures aren’t things you can carry away—they are places, memories, and stories worth remembering.

The Gravity-Defiant’s Handbook

Bell has an ordinary life—school, homework, annoying cousins, and a grandmother who always seems to know more than she says. Then one morning, Bell discovers something impossible: she is 10% lighter every day. Soon she is floating above her bed, drifting through school corridors, and realizing that if the mysterious condition continues, she may eventually escape the pull of Earth altogether.

With her fearless friend Mira and mischievous cousin Jojo beside her, Bell discovers an old handbook belonging to her long-lost great-grandfather, who suffered the exact same strange condition. The clues lead them beneath the city into the mysterious Low Place, where gravity has been twisted and forgotten objects drift through endless darkness. To return home, Bell must uncover her family’s unfinished secret—and discover that the strongest force keeping us grounded isn’t gravity at all, but the people and memories we choose to hold onto.

Sakura Petals on the Moat

Kenji and Aiko are childhood friends who spend an ordinary spring afternoon beneath the cherry blossoms of Tokyo’s Chidorigafuchi Park. Their day changes when they discover a mysterious wooden box floating against the current of the moat, carrying a strange message about petals that fall backward and a bird that never flies. What begins as a playful treasure hunt soon leads them through hidden markers, forgotten messages, an old stone lantern, and a secret connected to two children from another generation.

As the mystery deepens, Kenji and Aiko discover that the strange clues were deliberately left behind to ensure that a forgotten story of friendship would not disappear. When the cherry blossoms begin performing an impossible trick, the two friends must decide what they themselves want to leave behind. Their adventure teaches them that friendship isn’t about promising that nothing will ever change—it is about recognizing the memories, moments, and people who helped shape who they become.
