During a family holiday at the beautiful Taiping Lake Gardens, young Eddy is thrilled to discover a mysterious trail hidden beneath the enormous rain trees. With his clever elder sister Anna, a curious new friend named Mei, and their parents close behind, Eddy follows a series of strange clues that lead to an old wooden box, forgotten photographs, and a story from another generation. But when a sudden downpour makes the familiar garden paths seem to vanish, Eddy must use everything he has learned to guide everyone safely home.
